For the past few years, our Patron status at both the Royal Opera and Glyndebourne has enabled us to offer premium tickets to their sought-after events of exceptional quality. For May of 2027, we will return to Covent Garden for a pair of the season’s highlights – Amilcare Ponchielli’s verismo melodrama, La Gioconda; and Giuseppe Verdi’s most popular ‘grand opera’, Aida. Our visit to the lush Sussex landscape of Glyndebourne will be for Mozart’s earliest major success – Idomeneo – being mounted in a new production for the Opening Night of the ’27 season.

Our conveniently located hotel will enable us to walk to Covent Garden and to two other evenings in the West End: A Concert in the venerable church of St. Martin-in-the-Fields; and London’s most recent mega-hit musical, Paddington, still sold-out months in advance at the Savoy Theatre.

To minimize the stress of London’s notorious traffic during high season, we have reserved our accommodations for six nights (with full English breakfast included) at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel in the heart of the West End. Located at Seven Dials within easy walking distance of Covent Garden, this small boutique property was formerly ‘The Edwardian’ and has recently been renovated as the Radisson Blu. A full dining room serving Italian and Peruvian cuisine, 24-hour room service, and a small fitness center are among the hotel’s features. A personal concierge desk assists with theatre tickets and reservations at the many neighborhood restaurants. Best of all, we will walk comfortably to our performances in the city.
